  I spent well over three hundred dollars in that place and the customer service experience was horrendous! Rudest and one of the nastiest attitude staffs there is; which is highly unacceptable for a place of business such as theirs. My glasses came in a cheapo case, where the glue was already lifted and coming off. I don't mind the cheapo case because I could always use a case from past glasses. However, the customer service skills or rather lack of it, is what will keep me from NEVER stepping foot into that nightmare they call a business. Granted, the doctor did a great job, only reason why I can stomach giving them that one star.
