  I went to see Mo, a salesperson, who had shown me a car 3 years before and left a good impression. I wanted to give him a chance to make a sale from my wife and I. We do not live close to this dealership, but I thought Mo was worth the drive. I called several days before to make an appointment. I called the day of, 2 hours before our appointment time, to confirm and Grieco said we are still on with Mo. 10 minutes before our appointment, we called again to say we would be a little late due to bad weather and they said “no worries.” Upon our arrival, we are greeted and told that Mo is with a customer, they then offered to have us work with another sales guy. I refused, respectfully, stating that I came because of Mo’s service, not Grieco. I was dissatisfied since I went out of my way to reserve time and was completely ignored. Mo said he would be with us in 20 minutes. After an hour of negotiating with the manager, Mo walks by with what appears to be lunch in hand and he asks if we are negotiating with the manager, Kevin. I said we are but I am still waiting on you (Mo) since we made the appointment to see you. He then returned his food to the back and came over to pick up negotiations where we left off. Had the numbers been mutually agreed upon, we would have bought the car. They couldn’t meet where we wanted and I am okay with that, it’s business after all. What I am not happy with, and what I am leaving a 1 star review for, is the complete disregard of my time. As a potential customer, I feel utterly insulted that we made an arrangement and they completely dropped the ball. Mo blames the person that made the appointment stating no one ever told him. Regardless of who made the error, I went above and beyond to confirm the time and person, because my time, as well as there’s, is valuable. It seems that Grieco doesnt value a customer’s time as much as I did for them.
