  Dr. Parnes is amazing, he is very knowledgeable in many medical areas not just ENT. He was and is the only doctor that did something when everyone didn't know what to do and did not care that I was suffering. This doctor literally saved my life, he listens, I mean really listens and is very honest. He kept calling other doctors to get me in to see them sooner and to stress how severe and urgent my condition was. He is sympathetic, kind and has no problem explaining things like blood work or why certain tests need to be run which he would do - even if it was not related to "ENT" business. Amazing A++ and his office staff is amazing especially Randy who is always there for you. This place treats patients like people, not numbers.
