  This was the WORST experience I ever had with any accountant. I generally don't write bad reviews but I wanted to warn everyone else and hopefully this will encourage them to re-think how they serve their customers. I was referred by a friend and made initial contact in February this year to have them do my tax return both business and personal. I contacted them in a few weeks to discuss setting up my QB and it took them over a week - 10 days - to even return my call. All I heard was that they were busy due to tax season and reassured that this will never happen again. Even though my intuition told me otherwise I gave Gino another chance and would you not believe it - after sending important documents for my tax return never heard back - again - after sending 2 emails and leaving 2 VM! Finally I got a call back by an assistant after almost 10 days of sending an email who told me that they were closed. At minimum they should have had an outgoing messages to explain that the office was closed.. not to mention I never heard back that my documentation was received even if they were closed. I also had to repeatedly ask to send me a proof that the extension was filed - never received it. This is completely unacceptable needless to say I had to find another accountant. A lot of aggravation and wasted time. Do yourself a favor and hire somebody else if you want to avoid a headache and poor customer service and lack of care for customers - you would think that they would go above and beyond for a new customer.

  Gino is absolutely amazing at what he does! He is my personal accountant and my Mom uses him for her business and personal accountant too. Unfortunately, my Dad passed away, very unexpectedly, at the end of 2014, leaving my Mom with his business, all their personal loans/debts after 45 years of marriage, and not to mention, a woman trying to recover emotionally from utter heartbreak. I can not express how thankful I am for Gino. He helped her in anyway possible, and continues to help guide her financially. 2+ years later the business is doing well, even without my Dad. Gino really went above and beyond for my family. I was shocked to see a nasty review, and I felt it, in no way represented Pinnacle Tax. I always get a great tax return back and my insurances are always taken care of. He even gave me a call during tax season to remind me that the opening date to submit returns was coming up, (I always try to get it in asap, that way I get it processed the fastest.) Gino you're awesome! See you next tax season as always!
