  I had a fraudulent charge on my account.i had an employee be Soo rude to me.he spoke down to me & treated me Soo badly.he refused to believe anything I said.the bank put some sort of block on my name so I can't cash checks.i pleaded with them.this guy,even the manager refused to listen.i had to pay $200.2 weeks later I get a phone call telling me all charges & fees had been returned after a investigation after I complained to someone higher up.branch manager all of a sudden sooo nice.although even though it was a boo,boo by the bank not me.they refuse to take the block off my name so I can cash a cash.totally unacceptable
