  People are very nice, but they use a very antiquated system. I've had many issues with them.

  I have called the city at least 6 times in a 24hr period and nobody answers. I have left messages and they don't get back to you either. One person finally answered and put me on hold for over 20 minutes and nobody picked up the phone after that so I had to hang up. I though that the "city officials" are here to help their citizens but apparently I'm wrong. Don't waste your time calling them you are better off going to the office.
