  It's a scam. I received unsolicited mail from them, including a $100 certificate for free...no risk, no obligation. Yeah, right. This company is like a payday loan business. They are located in Dayton Beach, FL. Avoid them.
  
  Here is what was in the sales pitch letter:
  
  "As you may know, structured settlements and annuities are designed to provide scheduled payments overtime. That works in general, but then, life happens. If you own an annuity or get payments from a structured settlement and your financial needs have changed, we may be able to help."
  
  "With the DRB Capital, there is no need to be trapped in an insurance company's schedule of payments. You can convert those payments into cash now to meet your changing needs. You can learn more about your options. Without any obligation."
