  I would never want to live there. Association rules when it comes to hurricanes are prohibitive in nature to any kind of emergency planning. Hurricane watches have to be up to secure your home. Rediculous considering that about 25% of homeowners are part time. Nobody, including management company (First Service and her designated property manager) has put any thought into the logistics of that. It is not always about being pretty. It is about planning and securing a valuable investment, your home, for a Desaster. Considering the current events in Houston Texas after hurricane Harvey it should be a no brainier to bend the existing rules without threatening homeowners with $1000 fines if they do not comply to in my mind inconsiderate rules.

  It's an amazing place to live for a 55 and older community. How ever, the older day, it sounded like there was rapid fire going down a couple streets down of us. The police were in helicopters and it was chaotic. There is a pool if you have grandchildren, and the community around you is a friendly, supportive group.
