  Terrible I purchased a pair of shoe from there that didn't fit me and when I tried to exchange/return it for a bigger size the manager Kevin and his rude customer service girl stated that they could not take the shoes back because it looked worn, however I never wore the shoes and second of all Ross is a discounted store so EVERYTHING in there is worn and when I purchased the shoes I picked them up from the floor but the manager did not even bother listening to me, I literally returned the shoe a few days after purchasing the it so how can you tell me as the customer what I did with something I payed for? That is just not good customer service, I will never go back to that store and I filled a complaint and they still have yet to get back to me with a response

  What is with the dressing room people, they act like you are a criminal that wants to steal everything here. Have some class and respect for your shoppers, don't give an attitude if I'm missing a hanger to prop it up for the counting procedure or if I offer to just put it back because I don't want something. When I told the lady it's ok I'll just put it where I found it after I was done trying it on, she said "no now you don't get any, and harshly grabbed the stuff out of my hands." I guess she was pissed off one thing wasn't hanging on a hanger when I brought it in, or she thought I was planning on stealing something? I'm baffled by the low level of customer service and condescending attitude I have received and also my friends every time we go here. My husband and I are both doctors, I don't know why you would be treating people with such an accusing condescending attitude.
