  Dr. Steiner is an incompetent dentist who tries to milk you for all she can and doesn't even know how to treat her clients when her office staff messes up. On my first visit, I was coaxed into getting three crowns replaced, which I didn't need. Additionally, one crown was put in incorrectly and messed up my mouth and the adjacent tooth. The office manager does not know how to deal with clients. She is rude, has no empathy and does not know how to bill correctly. She worked up an estimate but, according to my insurance company, they used incorrect amounts and codes when submitting to the insurance. I was then forced to pay another $250 after I had already paid $1500. This is how they get you. They make you sign a form saying that you're responsible for charges, then they submit an incorrect bill to the insurance company, when that comes back and they get paid, they want MORE MONEY, but they don't even call to explain. They just send you an invoice stating that HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS ARE DUE UPON RECEIPT due to their errors. Don't even try to talk about this with the office manager, Aitza, because she will not even listen to you. She will just dismiss you to get you off the phone and send you the fine print that highlights that estimates may not be accurate. I've had estimates be $25 off before, but $250 is unacceptable. Stay away and go somewhere else that is more capable and more skilled.
