  I spent almost $200 dollars on my first trip here and had a problem with a mod after 7 days with it randomly shutting off I brought it in to exchange it for the same product reciept in hand the guy at the counter was very helpful and agreed on the exchange he called the manager and he told him to not exchange the product at all and tried to sell me a battery charger claiming it was wrong to charge the batteries with the USB CHARGING port. It's unbelievable I like the store the staff are great management however possibly needs a change

  Awesome shop with a great selection. There is a nice lounge next door and all the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Easy exchange when the hardware didn't work. Highly recommended vape shop in West Delray!
