  This doctor takes my insurance but staff said he does not. I called my insurance THREE times and checked myself online and there he was. Healhgrades also showed that he takes my insurance and he was listed with his ID number but his staff was SO RUDE to me and after multiple calls knowing that I am in tremendous pain and just moved to the area, they decided that they "do not want to take me on as a patient." RUDE, RUDE, RUDE especially from a doctor who is dealing with people who are in pain. I see I am not the only person who feels the staff is incredible rude in dealing with new patients. DISGRACEFUL. Especially when he DOES take my insurance.
